A project for CosìComodo

Smartkiosk Italy began its collaboration with the Selex group in 2015. Initially, it was a matter of developing a product to support the CosìComodo project for the operation of “Drives” to do shopping online.

A totem was quickly designed that could perfectly fulfil the required functionalities and could also cope with the specific customisations requested by various signs of the group.
The model, called SO02, is currently in operation at the Famila, Emisfero, Mercatò, SuperPan and Sole 365 stores in various Italian regions.

Development

From payment to card dispenser

Following specific requests, a particular outdoor PayTower was created for the Dimar group (Mercatò), through which customers of the Drive could immediately pay for their shopping at the point of collection with an electronic card.

Subsequently, a specific product was created for fidelity card distribution, integrating Smartkiosk Italy solutions and pre-existing hardware supplied by the customer so as not to create a technological interruption to the service.
