Quality Policy Rev. 00 dated 15 January
2026
Quality is a fundamental and indispensable asset for our company and our employees, essential to the development of our
activities. The Policy is the cornerstone of the management system; it is defined and documented by the company’s senior
management, within the framework of the organisation’s strategic direction and general management policy. The policy sets
out our vision, core values and beliefs, and serves to define the guiding principles and objectives to be pursued; it
expresses the acceptance of responsibility and the commitment of senior management, including their role in promoting
understanding of the objectives and awareness of the results to be achieved.
Company Mission
The mission of Smartkiosk Italy S.r.l. is to be a leader in the design, assembly and supply of interactive kiosks and totems,
operating in a safe working environment to provide competitive, innovative and high-quality services to our customers.
All this is achieved by providing a healthy and safe workplace and creating long-term positive social, cultural and economic
benefits for employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Smartkiosk Italy shares important responsibilities with the community by providing businesses with an attentive and
professional service. We support the responsible management of human resources in the workplace, where this approach,
combined with a process of continuous improvement, enables sustained economic development and a higher quality of
service. We are committed to providing a high-quality and professional service to our customers.
Principles and Priorities
Smartkiosk Italy’s primary objective is to offer its customers a high-quality service, and it is dedicated to the continuous
improvement of technical quality and professionalism.
This commitment has taken the form of a Quality Management System which, based on the UNI EN ISO 9001 (Quality)
standard, sets out acceptability standards and procedures tailored to specific activities.
The priorities identified relate to:
• Customer-perceived quality – this is the aspect of service quality linked to how users perceive the product and
support in relation to their expectations; it is measured using indicators relating to reliability, the ability to reassure
customers, customer relations, the timeliness of the service and response times.
• Technical quality of performance – related to technical accuracy, electrical/mechanical safety and the suitability
of the kiosks and the configured software.
• Organisational quality – relates to the rational use of internal resources, both in the core design and production
processes and in support and logistics processes.
Quality Objectives
Smartkiosk Italy’s quality objectives are:
• Compliance with applicable requirements and current product regulations
• The assessment of risks and opportunities for improvement related to the business.
• To improve the effectiveness of its production and assembly processes.
• To promote a culture of quality across the entire range of digital kiosks and solutions on offer.
• Competence, responsibility and staff involvement.
The quality system enables us to:
• Monitor the process of lead receipt, technical design, bill of materials, outsourcing, assembly, testing and dispatch
of the totems.
• Maintain a high level of training and professional development for the staff involved.
• Constantly adapt the system (and therefore update the Manual and Procedures) to changes in market demands,
legislation and the company’s structure, in line with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard and certification requirements.
• To constantly involve managers and all staff in recognising that the issue of company quality is everyone’s
responsibility, and therefore requires everyone’s participation in identifying and proposing solutions to all ‘points of
non-conformity’.
Smartkiosk Italy has defined its policy taking into account the size of the organisation and ensures that this document is
adopted as a reference for setting and reviewing objectives, that it is sent to employees, customers and suppliers, and
made available to all interested parties upon request. It will be reviewed periodically to confirm its suitability or to facilitate
its updating.
