A project for access control
We have been collaborating with the prestigious industrial group of Alba for several years.
After having supplied the totems for the internal communication network in previous years, we have recently tackled the problem of vehicle access control inside the production areas.
Development
An integrated system of kiosks
The first version of the Axess system, customised for Ferrero, was installed in 2019 at the Villers-Écalles plant in France: two control towers for entry and exit, two self check-in kiosks where the drivers have to authenticate themselves and receive through a printout the directives to enter the plant.
And a high-brightness screen in the parking area indicating to drivers their turn to approach the control towers. An integrated system built to the client’s functional and dimensional specifications, adaptable to numerous alternative configurations.

Collaboration goes beyond
We subsequently provided a customised version for the Pozzuolo Martesana plant, near Milan, with different functional and dimensional requirements: dedicated products for both regulating inbound and outbound vehicle flow and driver self check-in.
